Is Microsoft 365 Copilot GDPR-compliant?
Microsoft processes prompts and responses within the Microsoft 365 service boundary and does not use your company data to train the AI models. For European customers, the EU Data Boundary applies. What matters most is the right preparation in your own tenant: reviewing permissions, cleaning up shares, and documenting the rollout – exactly what we take care of.
Which licenses do we need?
Microsoft 365 Copilot is an add-on to existing Microsoft 365 plans such as Business Standard, Business Premium, or E3/E5. For SMEs, Copilot Business is available from around €16 per user per month (as of July 2026). We review your existing licenses and recommend starting with a pilot group before equipping the whole company.
What does the training deliver?
Without training, Copilot remains an expensive text tool. In the training we work with your real use cases: summarizing e-mails and meetings, drafting quotes, analyzing data. Your team learns which tasks Copilot handles reliably, what effective prompts look like, and where results need to be checked.
Can we get our own Copilot agents?
Yes. On request, we build custom agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio that access your own knowledge sources and can be embedded in Microsoft Teams or on your website – for example, as an internal assistant for your service team.
