I’m Felix Kleinschmidt, a digital transformation consultant. Ideora Intelligence Lab is my consultancy for small and medium-sized businesses – at the intersection of business processes, law, data, and Microsoft technology.
My background
Business, law, and IT – from a single source.
Digitalization projects rarely fail because of technology. They fail because management, business departments, and IT talk past each other. That is exactly the gap I close.
My Bachelor of Laws in business law gave me two things: a reliable instinct for legal requirements – from the GDPR to retention obligations – and a solid understanding of business economics. In my Master of Science in Entrepreneurship, I learned to think of companies as a whole: from the business model through the processes to day-to-day execution.
I have worked hands-on from the very beginning: as an IT project manager while still studying, then as a business analyst between business departments and development teams. Today I specialize in the digital transformation of small and medium-sized businesses – exactly where IT knowledge and business expertise have to come together so that the result is legally sound, economically viable, and actually works in daily operations.
